At the age of 22 she hit an emotional and spiritual crisis, which culminated in a choice between living &amp; dying. The experience pushed her to explore and uncover her wounded soul and continues to lead her in reclaiming her spirit in a variety of extraordinary and magical ways.<\/p>\n<p>Amanda has created this offering of support and guidance from a wealth of experience drawn from over twenty years of books, workshops, retreats and personal therapeutic work. She believes passionately in the ability to self-heal, to be present with joy and in the simplicity of transformation.<\/p>\n<p>Amanda practises from home in South-West London (TW10).
